Participating companies
One of the main objectives of the HEALALL Project is to implement practical programmes that give participating partners the opportunity to gain experience in each other's countries. Facilitating this is one of the main tasks of this website.
The aim of the internship
is to deepen the knowledge acquired during the training and to apply it
in practice. During the internship, students will put their theoretical
knowledge into practice with the help of professionals. The aim of the
placement is to practise activities which will help them prepare for the
final examination and facilitate their entry into employment. It is
also designed to enable students to practise their knowledge of tourism
and develop their communication skills in the course of their daily
work. Students will practise their skills in welcoming guests and
dealing with guest complaints. They will learn the operational tasks of
guest reception and the organisational issues of main and side
reception. Under the guidance of the trainer, the student will become
familiar with the organisational structure of the institution, its work
processes and their IT support. During the placement, the students will
learn about the management of the institution, the processing of
statistical data, quality assurance tools and the various administrative
procedures. In the context of tourism management tasks, students will
practise using the reservation system, telephones and IT tools, official
correspondence, filling in forms and forms used within the Institute.
